I just haven't gotten into Christmas books much. Now I am participating in the 12 Books of Christmas challenge this year and hoping to get some good Christmas cheer going :)
I should probably jump on that 12 Books challenge. I always mean to read something more Christmasy each year, but I end up not. (I did read Skipping Christmas last year. It was okay.)
I actually like reading it more when it snows, but despite being a bit bleak, I love reading it then.
Most people associate Anne with Autumn (which is understandable), but I feel her spirit sort invokes that warm Christmasy feeling. (Especially Matthew's present to her!)

Oh! The Long Winter is a great winter re-read!! I really enjoyed that book.
