This week's topic: Christmas Movie 

Okay, it's kind of a top three thing. I do actually have more that I like, but these ones are my favorite. (I love Christmas movies!)

A Christmas Story... I expect this one will be up a lot.

Babes in Toyland is a more obscure one. I tend to associate this one more with summer because I went to my grandparents every year and we always watched this one at least once, but it is a Christmas movie! Unfortunately, this was a TV movie and was only released on VHS. There are a few decent versions up on youtube you can stream. There just isn't a huge demand for this one. It does feature a tween Drew Barrymore and pre-Bill and Ted Keanu Reeves, so it's worth a look if you haven't seen it.


Admittedly, Jingle All the Way is pretty terrible. It's a movie that only could have been made in the 90s and needs to remain there. This was the only Christmas movie we owned for YEARS. We didn't have a lot of tapes, so this one made it into the rotation and into my heart.
